The Dow Event Center/SMG I went to the Kid Rock concert last night and we were on the floor in the 12th row. I was a little apprehensive because I didn't know what kind of crowd would be there. Your security did an awesome job keeping the people that didn't belong out of the area. I saw dozens of people get turned away by the security people. It made me feel much safer. They also did a great job ejecting someone who was a few rows ahead of us. They did it with little commotion and it went very smoothly. I work at a place where people only contact us for complaints. So I just thought I'd pass this compliment on to you letting you know they did great and it made me feel safe. Dear Gallagher- Since we’ve had an armed guard on our premises these past six months, we’ve haven’t had a successful robbery.
