The staff at GSI can assist in creating a crowd management plan. We can provide detailed advice on how to best reduce risk and safeguard your organization’s vital interest. Strike Security

GSI can minimize costly disruptions to your business during contract negotiations and labor strikes by providing the necessary protection for your salaried employees, executives, as well as safety for replacement workers or temporary labor. In the stressful environment of a labor dispute, GSI maintains order and avoids confrontation during your strike by keeping communications with labor dispute pickets to a necessary minimum. GSI allows you to focus on resolving the dispute with the bargaining union leaving the safety and security of your replacement workers and facilities to us.

GSI will assess your specific situation and develop a labor strike preparation plan to provide professional labor dispute protection that is consistent with your strike security objectives and need to normalize operations. We will work with your management team and current security provider to establish contingency plans.

Our alarm response can be on call 24 hours a day to provide a physical presence in case of intrusion or failure of the system. Upon arrival, our Security agent will notify the alarm company that they are on scene and begin the inspections. All doors and windows will be checked and an internal inspection can be conducted per the client’s instructions. If an unauthorized entry has happened the local police will be contacted, for safety reasons, and they will do the premises sweep. If there is damage to the structure our agents will remain on site until management arrives or the building has been secured. A written incident report will be done and forwarded to the client. At no time will GSI security agents do any more than instructed to do nor will they do any less.
