Scheduling Procedures 

     Contact the Pontiac Office on Tuesday morning after 10:00 a.m. to schedule for the week.  You will need to talk with Stacey Joy.  You make your own schedule, make sure you write it down so you do not miss work that you scheduled for.  If you are scheduling for events at Cobo Hall, we will give you the telephone number.  This number is only for events at Cobo Hall.  Scheduling is a first come, first serve basis, so please remain patient with the volume of calls that we receive if you are put on hold.

If you are not able to make a scheduled shift, 24 hour notice is required. Employees are expected to arrive in proper uniform 15 minutes prior to start time.

Dress Code: A professional image enhances personal confidence and creates a positive public image. You are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. You will need to supply your own black dress pants or Dockers, black belt and solid black shoes and socks, white botton down front shirt with a collar and plain dark tie. A jacket, blazer or bomber will be provided. Polo shirts are also provided depending on the venue you are working. The only uniform pieces that you may purchase from the company are polo shirts, guard shirts and bomber jackets. You must turn in all uniform equipment signed out to you or it will be deducted from your check at the costs included in your application packet.
